We are proud to announce that Phase 1 of our community improvements has been completed! This was a huge undertaking, and we are steadily working through bringing our community up to code. Thank you to all residents for your patience and participation throughout this process. Phase 2 is up next. Please review the May community meeting notes for a full overview of the plan.
Per our bylaws, elections will take place in February. Be prepared to vote on changes to the bylaws, dues, assessment fees, online payment systems, and updates on financials. We are currently following the plan set at the May community meeting — physical upgrades to the community and bringing it up to code is our primary focus. You can access the full meeting slides here. More details will be communicated as we approach the election period.
Trash collection is every Tuesday by Roselle Public Works. We have hired a cleaning company, Clean Guys Dumpsters and Clean Out, to maintain the garbage areas once a month. We have also received new trash lids — please keep the bins closed at all times. For holiday weeks, trash and recycling will be collected on the following business day. Holidays observed: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
We are working on implementing an automatic payment system for the association. Please stay tuned as we set up this new system to streamline payment options and provide a better pathway for residents — postal mail has caused a few delays, and we want to make dues payment easier for everyone. We look forward to offering this new system and continuing to make the changes necessary for building a better community.

Annual dues are $960, payable quarterly at $240 per quarter. Payment dates are February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1. Make checks payable to Narraticon Association Inc. and mail to P.O. Box 5089, Deptford, NJ 08096. Payments not received by the 15th of the due month are considered delinquent and subject to a $15 late fee per month. If you are delinquent two quarters, an attorney will initiate legal action — all attorney fees and court costs are the homeowner's responsibility.
Yes. Any exterior updates to your home — including paint colors, fencing, landscaping changes, additions, solar panels, and satellite dishes — must be submitted to the Board for approval before work begins. Email your request, along with a description of the proposed work, to narraticonassociation@gmail.com and the Board will review and respond.
You'll receive a written notice describing the violation and a timeline to correct it (typically 14 days). If not resolved, a second notice may be issued along with a fine per the fee schedule in the CC&Rs. You may appeal any violation by submitting a written response to the board within 10 business days.
