We are halfway done with the community paving project! The second and final phase will take place at the end of August, focusing on Arrwood. Cars will need to be moved for the contractors to complete the work. Notices will be mailed out to affected residents. The scheduled dates are August 27th and 28th.
Board elections are currently scheduled for August 31st. All communications regarding the elections will be handled by the attorney's office and will come from them directly. Voting is limited to homeowners who are current on dues and assessments.
Trash collection is every Tuesday by Roselle Public Works. We have hired a cleaning company, Clean Guys Dumpsters and Clean Out, to maintain the garbage areas once a month. We have also received new trash lids — please keep the bins closed at all times. For holiday weeks, trash and recycling will be collected on the following business day. Holidays observed: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Gloucester County offers free mosquito treatment for residents! The County's Mosquito Control Division will visit your home to spray EPA-approved insecticides upon request. To sign up, fill out the service request form at gloucestercountynj.gov or call 856-307-6400 (Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 4 PM).

Annual dues are $960, payable quarterly at $240 per quarter. Payment dates are February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1. Make checks payable to Narraticon Association Inc. and mail to P.O. Box 5089, Deptford, NJ 08096. Payments not received by the 15th of the due month are considered delinquent and subject to a $15 late fee per month. If you are delinquent two quarters, an attorney will initiate legal action — all attorney fees and court costs are the homeowner's responsibility.
Yes. All exterior modifications — including paint colors, fencing, landscaping changes, additions, solar panels, and satellite dishes — require prior approval from the Architectural Review Committee. Submit the Architectural Review Application (available in the Documents section above) at least 30 days before your planned start date.
You'll receive a written notice describing the violation and a timeline to correct it (typically 14 days). If not resolved, a second notice may be issued along with a fine per the fee schedule in the CC&Rs. You may appeal any violation by submitting a written response to the board within 10 business days.
Starting May 1, 2026, trash pickup is on Tuesday and Friday. Recycling pickup is every Thursday. Bins must be at the curb by 7 AM and removed by 9 PM on pickup day.
